“The magnificent humanity created by God now stands before a decisive choice…”
Pope Leo XIV’s new encyclical Magnifica Humanitas, is structured around the core pillars of Catholic Social Teaching — dignity, the common good, solidarity, and subsidiarity — the encyclical brings them into direct conversation with the concrete challenges of artificial intelligence: the future of work, personal freedom, truth in digital spaces, and the risk of new forms of dependency.
As the Christian Life Community, we are invited to continue discerning how to live our faith amid the challenges of our time. Pope Leo XIV’s new encyclical Magnifica Humanitas calls us to place human dignity, care for others, and Christian discernment at the center of a rapidly changing world shaped by artificial intelligence and cultural transformation.
A deeply Ignatian invitation to “find God in all things” — also in the digital world.
