In July, 2,300 CVX members in France gathered in Strasbourg for their congress, whose theme was: “Peacemakers at the crossroads of the world, Come to the source.”
During three days, CLC French members were encouraged to attend conferences and roundtable discussions. These sessions were followed by discussions in small groups. Workshops allowed us to meet peacemakers in different realities. Spiritual moments punctuated these days: an interfaith vigil, a spiritual moment at the cathedral, a prayer of welcome and sending, and the Eucharist

To prepare for the roundtable discussion “The CLC at the Heart of World Tensions,” interviews were conducted with CLC members from Egypt, Taiwan, Mexico, the United States, and New Zealand.
