Several of the latter (reactions) refer to Progressio as «the official organ of our World Federation» but this is actually not true… For Progressio to become the official publication of the World Federation, action by the General Council would be necessary. It had been hoped. that there would be time to discuss the magazine, together with the larger question of communications within the federation, at the meeting of the General Council last October… Yet, the magazine, if not the official organ, is certainly the chief organ of communication within the World Federation.
