In this issue we publish the letter of the Holy See confirming the General Principles and Statutes of our World Federation, together with the final texts of the documents… The date of the letter, significant for us, is March 25, the Feast of the Annunciation. The approbation has been granted ad experimentum, recognition that we are living in a period of rapid change. The time is three years, which gives our General Council the opportunity to make further changes, if desired, at its meeting in 1970.
