At the beginning of the encounter, I was a bit afraid that it would be hard to connect and empathize with the other delegates because of our different countries and cultures. But I was amazed at how easy it was, thanks to the Ignatian language and spirituality we all shared. I felt deeply embraced, loved, and accompanied all the time, almost like being part of a family. <\/span><\/p>\n

The main focus of our work was community building. I realized how similar the needs and goals of young people are across the different countries represented. <\/span><\/p>\n

We concluded with several objectives to work for and with young people:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Adaptability and flexibility:<\/i> To understand and adapt our language and methods to truly reach and captivate young people in workshops and activities.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Formation, transition, and retention:<\/i> To help<\/span> young people<\/a> discover that Ignatian spirituality can be a way of living, not just a unique or beautiful experience.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Connection:<\/i> To build bridges between older and younger communities so that, together, we can grow stronger and bring about greater change.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The fruits I received from the Jubilee were:<\/span><\/p>\n
