{"id":12875,"date":"2024-06-14T14:54:56","date_gmt":"2024-06-14T12:54:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cvx-clc.net\/?p=12875"},"modified":"2024-06-14T14:54:56","modified_gmt":"2024-06-14T12:54:56","slug":"for-a-synodal-youth-ministry-new-leadership-styles-and-strategies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cvx-clc.net\/en\/for-a-synodal-youth-ministry-new-leadership-styles-and-strategies\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;For a synodal youth ministry: new leadership styles and strategies&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_12872\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12872\" class=\"wp-image-12872 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/cvx-clc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1-300x264.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"264\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-12872\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">CLC participants &#8211; M\u00aa Francisca e Inji<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The International Youth Ministry Congress that took place from 23rd to 25th of May in Rome, brought\u00a0together around 300 delegates from Episcopal Conferences and Movements from 110 countries.\u00a0CLC was represented by Inji Faez (Consultor of the \u201cLeadership Community in discernment\u201d -W-ExCo), from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cvxegypt.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CLC Egypt<\/strong><\/a> and by M\u00aa Francisca Silva, from <a href=\"https:\/\/pontosj.pt\/cvxp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CLC in Portugal<\/strong><\/a> and member of the CLC Youth working team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the theme &#8216;For a synodal youth ministry: new leadership styles and strategies&#8217;, there were days of listening and sharing on topics such as the reality of young people in the post-pandemic and in times of war, leadership, synodality, spiritual accompaniment of young people and pastoral in a digital environment.
