Good day my beloved Brothers & Sisters in Christ. Kindly receive our Brief Report on CLC Day of Prayers.
CLC Botswana held its 2024 World CLC Day of Prayers at Kanamo Pastoral Center from 22 to 24 March 2024, under the theme “Make all Things New.”
The sharings and reflections were allocated according to the following groups, who responded to the questions as outlined in the Project181.
Group 1: Contemplation on the Incarnation,
Group 2: The Incarnation – The lens on Mary,
Group 3. Hope Anchored in Christ – A journey with Mary’s Hope.
At the end, the following Ignatian questions served as the basis for individual and Communal commitment to other people’s needs, to the Ecological Conversion and Awareness of the presence of God in the environment. Thus, setting CLC Botswana in motion to respond
positively to the Climate changes and human needs, especiall the needy and marginalized people:
1. What have i (CLC) done for Christ?
2. What am i (CLC) doing for Christ? 3. What should i (CLC) do for Christ?
Indeed our CLC Day of Prayers was a success and a blessing, since on the 23 March we joined the World on-line to reflect and pray together. We also officially welcomed five (5) new members who expressed interest to join Christian Life Community, Botswana.
Oh Lord, teach us to be generous, to serve you as you deserve. Amen!
