In anticipation of the COP28 climate conference to be held this December in Dubai (UAE), Pope Francis has written the exhortation Laudato Deum urging our global community to act in the face of the climate crisis. “We are on a pilgrimage of reconciliation with the world that is our home.” LD 69
In response, CLC has joined Ecojesuit, the Global Ignatian Advocacy Network on Ecology, the Ecology for Social Justice Secretariat, and over 100 members of the Ignatian Family in a collective statement in support of the human family and care for our Common Home.
